When you embrace where you are right now, you keep your mind in a state of gratitude.

Gratitude serves as a check and balance over what is real and what we perceived as “real”.

For instance, maybe you have been working out , but the scale hasn’t moved or you’ve gained weight. However, you have noticed that your clothes are loose fitting, inches are lost and your picture shows a slimmer you.

Well, being grateful in the NSV is acknowledging that you are trusting the process. In turn, your mind , body and spirit are healing and growing simultaneously.

You see?

you can lose by embracing the moment! For today, reflect on some things that you are grateful for especially if you encounter stress, anxiety, worry, doubt or fear.

have to choose one over the other.” Hal Elrod
