How timely..eh?

In a nutshell, my letter to my body was basically apologizing for HATING it period, from my arms, to my hair, stomach, thighs and feet and even skin.

I expressed how sorry I was for the CONSTANT comparison and negative thoughts. I reflected on how it is a blessing to be alive with all limbs and senses.

I will LEARN how to HONOR my body.

I will LEARN how to LOVE my body.

I promise to educate myself and take better care of my body.

I promise to freely give an abundance of compassion, appreciation, nurturing, encouragement, and attention to it.

I will listen to my body’s needs.

I will see my body as a beautiful piece of art.

IT IS A GIFT THAT I WILL NO LONGER ABUSE OR TAKE ADVANTAGE OF!

I will no longer have a FALSE OR UNREALISTIC EXPECTATION of “What I
think I should look like.”

My heart is filled with gratitude and excitement in no longer ignoring my temple and getting acquainted
with ME.. the REAL ME! Who I was designed to be.. special and unique!

I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR MY WELLNESS HEALTH JOURNEY!!

“ I am constantly discovering new ways to take care of myself. I am in the
process of becoming my own best friend.” ~Heather K Jones
