Birthed a warrior.

Surviving childhood trauma.

Discovering the power of undying faith.

Transformed into a conquerer.

As a result of my uniquely delivered penetrating and transparent keynotes and trainings, individuals who have pushed through physical and or emotional trauma gain valuable tools to immediately apply, catch their breath and effectively navigate to a new level of joy, peace of mind and happiness through emotional literacy. I help incarcerated youth and adults, men and women discover their inner warriors to live out their purpose.

I aim to support my clients by doing 5 things:

  1. Provide incarcerated individuals with skills sets, techniques that would help manage their anger, have more effective communication and release emotional pressure.
  2. Provide incarcerated individuals with techniques to reduce recidivism of coming back into the system.
  3. Provide your staff with techniques and skill they can use on an ongoing basis to help move the needle towards your agenda.
  4. Increase success ratio by impacting incarcerated individuals in a positive way.
  5. Increase the moral and effectiveness of your existing programs.
